What areas do you serve?
We serve all five NYC boroughs & New Jersey. Our office is at 5306 13th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11219.
Do you work with homes and businesses?
Yes, both. We install in houses and in businesses like offices, warehouses, multi-unit buildings and daycares, from a single camera to a full building of cameras, intercoms and access control. See solutions.
Which brands do you install?
We’re an authorized dealer for UNV (Uniview), Ubiquiti, Hartmann, HID, 2N, Axis, Russound, TruAudio, Sonos, Hikvision, Digital Watchdog and Akuvox.
How much does a new system cost?
It depends on the property and what you want covered. Call or text us and we’ll walk you through it. Service terms are confirmed in writing with each quote.
Can I watch my cameras from my phone?
Yes. You can watch live and play back from your phone, and we set up the app with you at the walkthrough.
Will the wiring show?
We install carefully, with cables kept out of sight. If your space needs something specific, call or text us and we’ll walk you through it.
Something stopped working. Can you fix it?
Yes. Book a service call: $175 for 1 hour of troubleshooting on site, on the systems we install (cameras, intercoms, access control, networking, phones, alarms and audio). For anything else, call or text us and we’ll walk you through it. Book a service call.
